Wellness Counseling for the Highly Sensitive
Gentle, grounded support for empaths, neurodivergent moms, and sensitive children

It is a challenging time to feel everything deeply emotions, energy, environments, other people's moods... but you do so for a reason. You are highly sensitive, intuitive, and wired for depth.

This 60 minute Wellness Counseling session is designed to help you feel supported, regulated, and empowered in a world that often feels too loud, too aggressive, too fast, or too much.

Who This is For:

  • Empaths & Highly Sensitive People who feel emotionally or energetically overwhelmed

  • Neurodivergent moms navigating burnout, sensory overload, or emotional exhaustion

  • Sensitive & intuitive children who struggle with big feelings, transitions, or nervous system regulation

  • Families seeking holistic, nervous-system-informed support beyond the traditional talk therapy

Perhaps you've tried other avenues and feel like you've hit a road block. Or you've received clinical support that either didn't help or felt intuitively wrong for what you know in your gut.

Sessions are developmentally appropriate and can be tailored for adults or parent-child support.

What is Wellness Counseling

Wellness Counseling is a holistic, trauma-informed, and somatic-based approach to emotional and energetic well-being. Rather than focusing on fixing or diagnosing, we gently explore what the body, emotions, and nervous system are communicating- and how to bring them back into balance.

Each session welcomes you exactly where you are, honors your sensitivity as a strength, and guides you in embracing your natural ways of being.

What We May Explore Together

Every session is unique to what will best serve you, but may include:

  • Emotional processing and compassionate listening

  • Nervous system regulation tools (breath, movement, grounding)

  • Somatic awareness and mind-body integration techniques

  • Support with sensory overwhelm or emotional flooding

  • Energy healing, energetic boundaries, and empath protection practices

  • Mind/body/spirit reconnection

  • Intuition development and self-trust

  • Parenting support for sensitive and neurodivergent children

Sessions with children are gentle, creative, and age-appropriate, focusing on the connection between you and your child rather than your child and me.

and perhaps most important of all...

experience as a mother myself, naturally supporting my own neurodiverse children with their unique learning requirements, dietary allergies, sensory needs, and stimulations while managing my own regulation and trauma healing.

This integrative background allows each session to be both grounded and intuitive, blending evidence-based wellness practices with deep intuitive listening, presence, and compassion. You are supported by someone who actually understands the body, the nervous system, and the lived experience of sensitivity.

Why This Work Matters:

Highly sensitive and neurodivergent nervous systems need attunement, safety, and gentle pacing- not pressure to "toughen up" or conform. When supported properly, sensitivity becomes a superpower: empathy deepens, intuition sharpens, and regulation becomes possible.

This work helps you and your child:

  • Feel calmer and more regulated

  • Understand emotions without being consumed by them

  • Build resilience without shutting down sensitivity

  • Feel seen, validated and supported

  • Develop tools you can use in everyday life
