Meditation in the Gardens
Join us for a weekly Sunday Evening Meditation in the Gardens at the Cedar Valley Arboretum & Botanic Gardens—a serene, soul-nourishing experience designed to help you release the noise of the week, ground your energy, and realign with nature’s steady rhythm.
Surrounded by gorgeous trees, blooming gardens, and the soft sounds of the natural world, this guided meditation will offer space to settle your nervous system, soften the body, and quiet the mind. Each gathering is infused with gentle breathwork, grounding visualization, and mindful presence for all levels of experience.
Come as you are and wear comfortable layers. Bring a blanket and water, allowing the earth to hold you and leave feeling rooted, restored, and ready to begin the new week with clarity and calm.
