Think meditation + movement + women's circle, held at the intimate and serene Sanctuary Yoga Studio located in downtown Cedar Falls, Iowa. You'll feel the warmth of community, acceptance, and support as you grow and expand in body, mind, and spirit. Each class has a simple focus to embody as you're guided through the reuniting of your whole self.
